Great Meetings

My Friday and Saturday were busy at Alaqua this weekend. I had several meetings and tastings and they all went well. I am so blessed to be working with so many fabulous brides and grooms! I am looking forward to September the start of our bridal and special event season.

Hey there! At Alaqua Country Club we understand the how brides and grooms are wary of putting out large sum deposits towards their wedding day with the way the economy is right now. We see whats going on in the news and we hear the rumors floating around about area country clubs, restaurants and banquet facilities. I am proud to say that Alaqua Country Club is completely solid, financially and professionally. We aren't going anywhere! But just to insure your peace of mind....In the near future we will be bonding your deposits at ACC. Meaning you will never lose your deposits with us! If we should ever (God forbid!) go out of business or a natural disaster hits and destroys the clubhouse (again God forbid!) you will get your deposits back in full. Pretty cool huh? Dang Skippy!

Tastings

We are so excited to be able to offer this fun and yummy experience during your wedding or party planning process. Chef Michelle looks forward to meeting all of our brides and special occasion clients.  

Two Complimentary Tastings (up to 4 guests) 

with Wedding Package.

$20 per additional guest.

Tastings by appointment only.

Chef Michelle is available for tastings on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11am-3pm, Fridays 11am- 6:30pm and Saturdays 11am-3pm.

New Chef!

I am so excited to announce that we have a fabulous new Executive/Banquet Chef Michelle Delfillipo! She came to us from Highland Manor. Her food is to die for and her personality is delicious! We are very happy to have her with us and on our team here at Alaqua. Our Brides are going to be thrilled with her work!

Summer Vacation!

My children and I have had a very eventful summer so far! We spent a long weekend with my husband Pat at the beach for Fathers Day weekend...so much fun! Then my children and I drove to Virginia to stay a week with amazing friends and then drove to NJ for 10 days to stay with another group of amazing friends and then drove back to FL with our new puppy Isabeau! We stopped along our long road trip and visited some interesting places. Ava Grace and Jax loved it! Summer vacation is almost over :( !
Since I have been back to work it has been non-stop and I love it! I am so looking forward to my Fall Wedding Season here at Alaqua and I cannot wait to show you tons of pictures! I know I have to blog everyday and I promise to work on it. For now I will post a bunch of updates! Tell your friends about us!
